DEPOSITS
We require your written confirmation and deposit of £20.00 per adult (excluding Festive/Easter packages when £50.00 per adult is required) within 14 days of the booking being made. We regret that deposits are non returnable.
CHILDREN
FREE bed and breakfast when sharing one of our large rooms with two adults on Dinner, Bed and Breakfast. During Christmas, New Year and Weekend Breaks children up to 4 years will be charged 25% of adult rate, and 5 - 15 years 50% of adult rate when sharing with two adults. Children up to 4 years £5.00 per day, from 5 to 15 years £10.00 per day when sharing with two adults on Bed and Breakfast.
SMOKING
Please note there is strictly no smoking anywhere within the hotel.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
We cannot guarantee entry to your room before 2.00pm, and on the day of departure we request your room to be vacated by 11.00am. We will be pleased to make alternative arrangements if given prior notice.
WINES AND SPIRITS
We would advise that guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the hotel.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by Cash, Cheque, Mastercard, Visa and Switch.
DOGS
Dogs are accepted at the discretion of the management and are not allowed in public rooms and must not be left unaccompanied in bedrooms.
SERVICE
The hotel does not operate a service charge.
